Clove
Cloves are the unopened flower buds of the clove tree. An evergreen native to Indonesia and India that grows from eight to twelve meters in height, the clove tree produces flower buds in clusters that are pale in color at first, become green, and then bright red, when they are ready for harvesting.
Star Anise
Star anise (Illicium verum) is an evergreen shrub or small tree native to Asia. It's traditionally used as a spice in food, and also as medicine. Star anise seeds contain chemicals that might have antibacterial effects.

Green Cardamom (Elettaria) is a member of the ginger family known for its eucalyptus-like floral, citrus flavor and aroma. Also known as "Ceylon cardamom" or "true cardamom," this plant is considered one of the world's most valuable spice crops.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), also called Ceylon cinnamon, is a bushy evergreen tree of the laurel family (Lauraceae) and the spice derived from its bark. The spice consists of the dried inner bark and has a delicately fragrant aroma and a warm sweet flavor.
